Frequently asked questions

To answer the most pressing questions in advance – here are some of the frequently asked questions:

The duration of sales trainings differs and is customised to the situation. A “quick” training lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours, a whole training programme can take up to 3 days, depending on the topic and the wishes of the customer.

As soon as we have met, we can start planning. Depending on the effort and extent of the project, things can go pretty quickly. If for example, the participants are working with the Salesperson’s Secret code, these can be sent out a filled out in advance, the first coaching sessions can start soon afterwards.

The ideal size for online trainings is 8 to 12 participants. But smaller or bigger groups are possible as well. Contact me!

I work internationally – I will come to you.

Depending on the course, handouts or online resources will be provided.

That doesn’t matter. I will make sure that the participants of a group will soon feel comfortable with each other.

During our first meeting, we will define how the success is to be measured. That can be feedback regarding the training, sales figures, improved pipeline management, etc.

Yes. I go by your wishes and your business goals. No training is “off the shelf”. Each coaching is customised individually and executed according to your needs.

That differs depending on the length and training content. Individual coaching starts at €249 per hour (incl. The Salesperson’s Secret Code questionnaire & profile). I aim to work on a flexible delivery with my clients which means that I only charge for the hours that are delivered. As a rule of thumb, the daily rate is €1200, which, depending on the course and requirements, can be allocated on a flexible hourly basis. Any travel is charged additionally.

The coaching is especially helpful for experienced sales representatives that may have developed certain “bad” habits. With individual coaching, we can concentrate on the subtleties of the sales process and conversation, adapt and improve it. Of course, sales beginners also benefit from the training and coaching.

Upon request, role play can be part of the training. The training is customised to the situation. Real examples from the industry or everyday business are often used to provide the participants with a better understanding of the topic.

Is there a certain “problem” or “focus”? Then, individual coaching can be highly effective after 2 to 4 sessions. Or would you prefer a more general coaching on several topics? Then, it can take anywhere from 4 to 16 sessions.

Both, B2B and B2C are covered by the coaching.

Of course! Please click on the link to make an appointment.

It is helpful to plan the first refresher shortly after a training. Ideally after 4 to 12 weeks. The longer you leave it, the more will need to be refreshed!

No. There is also the programme “The Leader’s Secret Code” by the authors Ian Mils, Mark Ridley, Ben Laker and Adam Pacifico. It establishes what defines a good leader of a company and which behaviour and belief principles are typical for a good leader. Further info at The Secret Code.
