About the small stuff

Having worked in sales and sales leadership positions for almost 20 years, I decided to use my expertise and experience to set up the small stuff in March 2019. My mission is to support sales teams and companies achieve their goals and grow their income.

From sales representative to sales trainer

As trainer and coach with a focus on sales training, employee motivation and team building, I am responsible for the development and execution of sales trainings and the implementation of employee development & coaching plans.

Designing and executing virtual team building activities to bring employees together in times of Corona is just as much part of my portfolio as developing recruitment concepts and methods for introductory trainings to find and keep the right team members. Moreover, I provide all required materials and training documents in two languages (German & English).

Management of the inside and field sales teams as well as customer service with responsibility for more than 65% of the European turnover. Introduction of a new recruitment and onboarding strategy that led to a 50% decrease of employee turnover.

Management of the German subsidiary, including sales, distribution and P&L responsibility. European Sales responsibility for delivering sales growth amongst reseller and wholesaler network.

Management of the German showroom team with staff responsibility. Customer acquisition (specialist retailers) and opening of showrooms in Düsseldorf.

GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGER

Management of international project teams for the introduction of a new global paint system. Development of a global paint strategy for internal and external stake holders.

SALES MANAGER UK

Management of the commercial interior design teams. Active implementation of a successful restructuring project. Continued and sustainable improvement of workflows with the introduction of digital paint design (capacity increase of more than 300%).
